I just had a rough start with a new client a couple of weeks back. We just could not get on the same page on a design issue. Later we had a face to face zoom meeting and solved the issue in 10 min. Communication is everything and also you need to trust your process. Sure it discouraged me to read his email about his disappointment, but I know that I have a process that works. Finishing a website today and learning about something new. Google Tag Manager. I really like Analytics, and the tag manager takes the date to a new level. Nobody asks me to learn that, but I was curious for a while. Creating websites is fun, seeing the data of your live sites makes me a better designer. The website is not about how it looks, or how big the traffic is. it is about how many visitors start communicating with the business or buys something on the site. Pretty doesn't make any profit.
