I just had a rough start with a new client a couple of weeks back. We just could not get on the same page on a design issue. Later we had a face to face zoom meeting and solved the issue in 10 min. Communication is everything and also you need to trust your process. Sure it discouraged me to read his email about his disappointment, but I know that I have a process that works.
