Around 14 years ago, after moving from CA to MA, a friend in CA introduced me to one of my long-term clients. She is a wide spirited entrepreneur, and beautiful soul and one of the kindest lady I know. ( don't believe me? She baked chocolate cakes for each of her clients ) I followed her journey over the last 14 years and was a little bit part of it, helping her with logos, brochures, websites, whatever she needed to accomplish her next goals. A couple of days ago she emailed me that her website looked different since last time, so I told her to jump on zoom to help her to explain and fix what needed. Zoom. I've never heard of zoom before the pandemic started. There were other options to video chat but I always avoided it. I tried to do phone conversations as much as possible but not video. I was shy. Yesterday, that we started our Zoom call, both of us realized that we have never seen each other in live, animated. :-) It was a warm feeling to see her after so many years and so many hours of phone conversation. She is this little old lady with wings flying all over the CA sky. :-) We have to realize that this pandemic also has some positive effects on people's lives besides lots of negative. Did zoom change how you work? https://ift.tt/31zJnlx

Where do you spend your marketing time and energy? How do visitors find your website? Social media, Google, newsletter, referrals....? If you spend 80% of your marketing energy on social media, but the result is poor, what do you do? Do you continue with double energy or do you start focusing on something else?
