How do you channel your conversation with new clients? She did not have an issue with her website. She had an issue with emails. With too many emails that she did not have time to answer. Email conversations were to slow and needed time, which she did not have. But people sent her emails all the time. She preferred text. Chich back and fort text and things were done. Emails were slow and bulky for her. With a couple of drastic changes on the website, we channeled most of her communication to text messages. In a couple of days, she could see the change. Instead of having 20 new emails every morning, she got 15 texts and a couple of emails. Small changes can have a great impact!
