Website design with Google focus: I am helping a local salon with their online accounts, like Google listings, FB page, Instagram, etc. The frustrating part is that the previous owner created accounts which the new owner does not have access to. So now I am trying to request to take down the old, abandoned FB page and connect the business name to the new account. It is over a month now and still did not happen. So frustrating!!! !!!! If you take over a business, make sure that you have access to all their social media accounts, yelp, BBB and many others. It is a pain to prove that you are the rightful owner if you need login info to the account. Total Bummer! !!!!!
