A friend was telling me that his client's website was hacked. What should they do? 1. Do they have a backup? - Yes, the host makes daily automatic backups. - Great, it would be easy to use the backup now. - Yes, but they don't know how long the site has been hacked, and which backup they should use. Should they reinstall the version from 2 weeks ago, or the one 2 months ago ( if they still have it ) . .
